At One with Emz offers a range of personalised one-to-one wellbeing services, including:
Every session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Not at all.
Many of my clients come to me because they’ve lost confidence in movement, are recovering from illness or injury, are experiencing menopause-related changes, or simply don’t know where to begin.
Sessions are designed around your current ability and progress at a pace that’s right for you.
Pilates can support a healthy, active lifestyle by improving strength, mobility and body awareness, and some clients do notice positive changes in how they feel and look over time. However, my sessions are not specifically a weight loss service.
If you would like to include cardio bursts within your session, this can be discussed and incorporated where appropriate, but ultimately my focus is on helping you move better, feel stronger and support your overall wellbeing.
Yes. Many women begin Pilates for the first time during pregnancy.
As long as there are no medical reasons why exercise isn’t recommended, one-to-one sessions can be a safe and effective way to support your body throughout pregnancy.
My Pregnancy Pilates Programmes begin from the second trimester and are tailored to your stage of pregnancy, fitness level and individual needs. We’ll focus on maintaining strength, improving posture and mobility, supporting your pelvic floor and deep core, and helping to ease some of the common aches and pains associated with pregnancy.
Every session is adapted as your pregnancy progresses, ensuring you feel supported, confident and comfortable every step of the way.
Yes, absolutely.
I understand that arranging childcare isn’t always possible, especially in the early weeks after birth. You’re very welcome to bring your baby along to your postnatal Pilates sessions if that makes things easier for you.
Sessions are held on a one-to-one basis in my private studio, allowing us to work at a pace that suits both you and your baby. If your little one needs feeding, changing or simply a cuddle, that’s absolutely fine—we’ll work around them.
My priority is to provide a calm, supportive environment where you can focus on your recovery without the added pressure of finding childcare.
If you’d prefer to attend on your own, that’s perfectly fine too. Together, we’ll find an approach that works best for you and your family.
Your first session includes time to discuss your health history, lifestyle, goals and any concerns you may have.
We’ll assess how your body moves and create a personalised plan to help you move forward safely and confidently.

Many clients choose to combine movement with energy healing as they complement one another beautifully.
While Pilates supports strength, mobility and posture, energy healing can encourage relaxation, nervous system regulation and an overall sense of wellbeing.
Together they provide a truly holistic approach.
Yes.
Alongside individual appointments, I offer structured programmes, including Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates Programmes, designed to provide ongoing support and progression over several weeks.
All participants must fill out a health pre-declaration and if recovering from illness or injury you must have your doctor’s approval to exercise.
